is an information regarding the working hours/time
of our Spa Center:

Tuesday - 8:00 – 20:00
Wednesday - 8:00 – 20:00
Thursday – 8:00 – 20:00
Friday – 8:00 – 21:00
Saturday – 8:00 – 21:00
Sunday – 8:00 – 20:00
Booking
We know Your time is valuable and in order to
provide You the most appropriate time and procedure
, please make Your reservations at spa reception
in advance.
Reservations could be made personally or via
the phone
/559003 or if You are staying at the hotel –
extension: 100/.
Punctuality
Dear clients, we appreciate Your punctuality
and we ask You to come to our Spa Center on time
for the Your arrangement. If You are staying at
the hotel, when You visit the Spa Center please
use the dressing – gown from Your room.
Reservation changes and cancelations
In order to organize Your time accurately, please
make your reservation changes and cancelations for
spa treatments at least 60 minutes before the start-up
hour.
In case of absence for the reserved procedure,
a penalty should be paid in amount of 20% of its
value.
In case you are late Strimon Spa Center is entitled
to cancel the relevant procedure or shorten its
duration.
Hygene
Due to hygene and health issues, we kindly ask
You to use the dressing room when You have a procedure.
It is not allowed to enter the swimming pool
and the Roman Bath section with Your shoes on.
Recommendations for using the swimming
pool, saunas and the Roman Bath:
• The preparation of the body for sauna is extremely
important for the effectiveness of the procedure
and because of that reason please take a shower
beforehand.Please do so before using the swimming
pool as well.
• Do not use products which are not appropriate
for the sauna.
• Due to hygene and health issues could you please
cover the sauna seats with a towel.
Cigarettes
In order to provide healthy and relaxing atmosphere
to all our clients, the smoking in our Spa Center
is forbidden.
Mobile phones
Dear clients,the time at our Spa Center is entirely
dedicated on You!
This is why we kindly ask You to switch Your
mobile phones off so that they would not disturb
Your procedure and the relaxation of the rest of
the clients..
Gifts
All the services at the Spa Center can be purchased
as a gift to Your relatives or friends for different
special occasions or celebrations.
Please require an additional information at the
Spa reception.

non-declared values and personal belongings.
